The gearbox is new, so data on its failures is still limited. The known fault is fast wear of the synchros on the first two gears, which makes shifting grate and snag.

The manufacturer revised the design, and since 2022 the gearbox has been much more reliable. The oil level is worth watching, because it holds very little oil and even a small leak soon brings the level to a critical point.
What to check
- While rolling, change down into first and second: grating means worn synchros
- Try it from cold too: the wear is more obvious then
- Look at the gearbox housing from underneath: it holds very little oil, so a leak turns critical fast
